Growth Mindset was established to help businesses turn data, operating knowledge and judgement into practical methods for decisions that standard reports and software do not fully support.
What shaped Growth Mindset
Experience where analysis had to work in practice
Rob Sickorez began his career as a United States Air Force operations research officer, working on manpower planning, resource allocation and mathematical modelling. Later roles in financial services, retail and logistics extended that experience into forecasting, reporting, business analysis and software delivery.
Across those settings, technical accuracy was only part of the job. The work also had to reflect operational realities and fit the systems people relied on.
